These terms govern your use of POLYPRO. Read them in full — creating an account means you agree.
1. Acceptance
•By creating an account or using POLYPRO, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
•If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Account
•You must be at least 16 years old, or have parental consent.
•You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
•One person — one account. Do not share credentials.
•We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Subscriptions and payments
•Paid plans (Monthly, Yearly, Premium) renew automatically at the price posted at checkout.
•You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
•Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase (EU consumer right).
•Stripe handles all payments; we never store your full card number.
•Partner license keys are governed by the contract with the partner organization.
4. Acceptable use
•Do not abuse the AI features (no spam, no harmful content, no attempt to extract the system prompt).
•Do not scrape, crawl, or systematically copy lesson content.
•Do not reverse-engineer the platform or attempt to access other users' data.
•We log all administrative and content actions (see Privacy Policy → Audit logs).
5. Content ownership
•All lessons, exercises, quizzes, and AI prompts are owned by POLYPRO or its licensors.
•You retain ownership of what YOU submit (placement-test answers, AI conversation inputs). You grant us a license to process them solely to deliver the service.
•Do not copy lesson content to public repositories or third-party platforms.
6. AI features
•AI tutors (chat, voice, dialog) are powered by third-party providers (Gemini, ElevenLabs, Azure).
•AI responses can be incorrect, biased, or out of date. Do not rely on them for legal, medical, or financial decisions.
•We log AI conversations for grading, abuse detection, and improving the service.
7. Affiliate and partner programs
•Affiliates earn commissions on referred paid subscriptions. Commissions are clawed back on refunds.
•Partners receive license keys for enrolled organizations. Partner-managed students follow the same terms.
•Self-referrals, fraud, and bot-driven signups void commissions and may result in account closure.
8. Service availability
•We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
•Scheduled maintenance is announced where reasonable.
•We are not liable for AI provider outages or third-party service downtime.
9. Termination
•You can delete your account anytime (Settings → Delete account).
•We may terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations.
•On termination, paid plans are not refunded except as required by law.
10. Liability
•POLYPRO is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties.
•Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
•Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
11. Changes
•We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
•Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
•These terms are governed by the law of the country where POLYPRO is incorporated.
•Disputes will first be resolved in good faith. Unresolved disputes go to the courts of that jurisdiction.
