How do I start learning?

Create a free account, then take the placement test. We use it to assign your CEFR level (A1–C2) and unlock the right starting sublevel.

Do I have to pay?

You can try free units in every level. To unlock the full content and AI features, pick a paid plan: Monthly, Yearly, or Premium (lifetime).

How does progression work?

Each CEFR level has 3 sublevels. To unlock the next sublevel you need to complete 80% of the lessons and pass the quiz with at least 70%.

Gap fill, fill-in-the-blank, sentence arrangement, error correction, flash cards, image-word matching, sentence matching, drag and drop, form identification, listen and select, interactive dialog, text analysis, AI chat roleplay, AI voice roleplay, AI dialog.

Can I retake a quiz?

Yes. Each quiz can be retaken — your best score is kept. If you score below 70% we recommend specific units to review.

Is the AI conversation private?

Conversations are stored for 90 days to give the AI memory of your progress and to grade your performance. We never sell them. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How is voice scored?

We use Azure pronunciation scoring (0–100) combined with the AI grader's grammar feedback. The final score blends both.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx) and any Stripe-supported wallet (Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA where available).

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then.

Within 14 days of purchase (EU consumer right) we refund in full, no questions asked. After that, we evaluate case by case.
